Prior to coming to CBI, Brian was a senior member of Grant Thornton’s’ National Cyber Security practice, was a founding member of Stout’s Security, Forensic, and E-Discovery practice. He has over 23 years of experience working in information security field, which includes consulting with global clients on the topics of security management programs, risk assessment methodology, design and implementation of security technologies, forensics, e-discovery, and risk mitigation.
Brian has also co-founded two cyber security firms over his career focusing on security program development/assessment, managed security, and CISO services. He has also served as the Assistant Director of the Information Assurance Center at Walsh College which was designated as a “Center of Excellence” by the national Security Agency (one of only 50 in existence) and is a frequent lecturer on security and forensic topics.
Brian has a proven track record of providing clients with innovated and unique solutions to assist aligning cyber security solution and programs to meet business goals and objectives. He holds a number of industry leading certification, such as CISSP, CISA, CISA, and is also a licensed professional investigator in the State of Michigan.
