CBI, a Detroit-based Cyber Security Services company, is pleased to announce and welcome Rebecca Dioso as Vice President of Human Resources. She will be responsible for the leadership and talent management of the company’s biggest asset, their people.
Prior to coming to CBI, Rebecca was the founder of Casarsa HR Consulting LLC where she assisted small to mid-size organizations in creating and implementing strategic HR solutions. With more than two decades of corporate HR experience at global organizations like Oracle, General Electric, Aramark, Schering-Plough and Chrysler, as well as very large, privately-held family companies, Rebecca is adept at implementing change. She has created and refined HR processes, including complete deconstruction and rebuilding of talent management systems, employee benefit offerings, organizational restructurings as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Rebecca has a passion for Veterans and has built employment-related outreach activities to ensure that those who served our country transition to civilian employment with ease. She also has created and participated in many community-based hiring initiatives actively pursuing the marginalized and under-served populations including returning citizens, single parents, and the economically and physically disadvantaged.
Rebecca has both her SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications. She earned her master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy. Rebecca has mentored and led teams for many years and looks forward to contributing to CBI’s remarkable growth.
